For K-12 Groups

Graduate students lead Ventana School students in hands-on archaeology activities (2015). Stanford University Archaeology Collections of the Stanford Archaeology Center (with permission)

The Stanford University Archaeology Collections and Stanford Archaeology Center support Stanford's mission to promote public welfare through community outreach, including K-12 education.

These experiences might include exhibition tours or hands-on educational activities with archaeological artifacts and other objects from SUAC's collections. We welcome K-12 school groups for field trips and other activities tailored to your students' needs. These events are arranged on a case-by-case basis and depend on schedules and other limiting factors.

Please contact us at least three months in advance to confirm availability and discuss format and scheduling.
